Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time may vary during high-volume periods or due to inventory availability.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship orders using UPS and other trusted carriers depending on the destination and product availability.

Some orders may ship in multiple packages or from different fulfillment locations, including our warehouse and international suppliers.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • The United States

  • International destinations, subject to carrier availability and local regulations

International customers are responsible for ensuring that fragrance products are permitted for import into their country.


Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times vary based on product type, fulfillment source, and destination.

Domestic Orders (Warehouse Fulfilled)

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment

  • Shipped from our warehouse via UPS or equivalent carrier

International Orders (Warehouse Fulfilled)

  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days

  • Delivery times vary due to customs clearance and local carrier handling

Imported / Overseas Fulfillment Products

Some products are sourced or imported from overseas suppliers.

  • Estimated delivery: 10–90 business days

  • These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to:

    • International transit

    • Customs processing

    • Carrier delays

    • Global supply chain conditions

We clearly recommend allowing additional time for products that are imported or shipped internationally.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges, which are not included in your order total.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country’s customs authority.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures.


Shipping Restrictions

Due to regulations surrounding fragrance and alcohol-based products:

  • Some destinations may have shipping restrictions

  • Certain carriers may limit air transport

  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders that cannot be shipped safely or legally

If an order cannot be shipped, you will be contacted promptly.


Delays & Carrier Issues

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Global supply chain disruptions

Bulk Perfumes is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities once an order has been shipped.


Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or losses due to incorrect addresses

  • Orders returned to sender due to failed delivery attempts

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows an order as delivered but it has not been received, please contact the carrier directly. We are happy to assist with claims where applicable, but we cannot guarantee replacements for packages marked as delivered.
