These Private Label Terms & Conditions apply to all custom, inspired, white-label, and private label fragrance projects offered by Bulk Perfumes.

1. Nature of Service

Private label services are provided exclusively for commercial resale. We do not offer hobby, personal, or one-off fragrance projects.

2. Quotes & Pricing

  • All pricing is project-specific and provided via written quotation

  • Quotes may vary based on fragrance, packaging, volume, and sourcing

  • Quotes are valid for a limited time due to raw material fluctuations

3. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs)

Minimum order quantities apply to all private label projects.
MOQs vary depending on fragrance type, packaging, and customization level.

4. Custom & Inspired Fragrances

  • Custom fragrances are developed exclusively for the client

  • Inspired or clone fragrances are interpretations and are not identical replicas

  • We do not guarantee exclusivity unless expressly agreed in writing

5. Packaging & Branding Assets

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing rights to use logos, artwork, and branding

  • Ensuring artwork meets print specifications

Bulk Perfumes is not responsible for trademark conflicts or branding disputes.

6. Production & Timelines

  • Production timelines are estimates only

  • Delays may occur due to sourcing, approvals, customs, or supply chain issues

  • Timelines are not guaranteed

7. Final Sale Policy (Private Label)

All private label orders are custom B2B orders and final sale.

Due to the nature of custom manufacturing:

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted

  • Opened, filled, or customized products are non-returnable

8. Quality Control

Products are inspected prior to shipment. Minor variations in fragrance, packaging, or presentation are considered normal within industry standards.

9. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms are outlined in the approved quotation

  • Orders typically require full payment or deposit prior to production

  • Unpaid projects will not proceed

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property remains with its respective owner.
Bulk Perfumes retains rights to formulations unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Limitation of Liability

Bulk Perfumes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bulk Perfumes operates.
