Return & Refund Policy

Retail Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy for eligible retail orders, meaning you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging, in the same condition in which they were received. Due to the nature of fragrance products, any item that has been opened, used, or tampered with is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.


Wholesale / B2B / Partner Orders (IMPORTANT)

All bulk, wholesale, reseller, and partner orders are final sale.

Due to the nature of B2B transactions, inventory handling, and resale integrity:

  • Wholesale orders are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges

  • Exceptions apply only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received

By placing a wholesale or partner order, you acknowledge and agree that inventory risk transfers upon delivery, except where otherwise required by law.


How to Start a Return (Retail Only)

To request a return, contact us at Dillon@Bulk-Perfumes.com within 7 days of delivery.

If approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to return your item.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The product

  • Packaging

  • Shipping label

We will evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.


Non-Returnable Items / Final Sale

The following items are final sale and non-returnable:

  • Opened or used fragrance products

  • Items with broken seals, removed caps, missing cellophane, or signs of use

  • Bulk, wholesale, reseller, or partner orders

  • Sale, clearance, promotional, or tester items

  • Gift cards

For hygiene, safety, and authenticity reasons, fragrance products cannot be returned once opened.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for fragrance products.
If a return is approved (retail only), a new order must be placed separately.


European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

For orders shipped to the European Union, retail customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging.
Opened fragrance products are excluded from returns for health and hygiene reasons.

This right does not apply to wholesale, reseller, or partner orders, which are governed by B2B terms.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.

Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to process once approved.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Wholesale Acknowledgment

By placing a wholesale, bulk, or partner order with Bulk Perfumes, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All wholesale orders are final sale

  • Opened or tampered fragrance products are non-returnable

  • Inventory suitability for resale is the responsibility of the buyer upon delivery
