These Wholesale & Partner Terms (“Terms”) apply to all wholesale, bulk, reseller, and partner purchases made through Bulk Perfumes (“Bulk Perfumes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing a wholesale or partner order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility & Account Approval
Wholesale pricing and partner access are available to approved businesses, resellers, and affiliates only.
We reserve the right to:

Approval does not guarantee continued eligibility.
2. Wholesale Pricing & Orders
Wholesale pricing is offered exclusively to approved partners and is subject to change without notice.

All wholesale orders are considered final once placed.
3. Final Sale Policy (Wholesale Orders)
All wholesale, bulk, and partner orders are final sale.
Due to the nature of fragrance products and resale integrity:

No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted on wholesale orders

Opened, used, or tampered products are strictly non-returnable

Inventory risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery
Exceptions apply only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Wholesale partners must inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.
If an issue is identified, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

Clear photos of the product

Photos of original packaging

Photos of the shipping label
Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.
Resolutions may include replacement or refund at our discretion.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Wholesale orders may ship from:

Our domestic warehouse (via UPS or equivalent carriers)

International suppliers or fulfillment partners
Orders may arrive in multiple shipments.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to:

Bulk Perfumes is not responsible for delays once an order has shipped.
6. Customs, Duties & Import Compliance
Wholesale buyers are solely responsible for:

Import taxes

Brokerage fees

Compliance with local import laws and regulations
We are not responsible for shipments delayed, rejected, or seized by customs authorities.
7. Product Authenticity & Condition
Bulk Perfumes supplies products intended for resale.

Products are sold as received from suppliers

Packaging variations may occur

Batch codes and packaging designs may change over time
We do not guarantee retail box condition beyond standard industry norms.
8. Resale Responsibility
Wholesale partners are responsible for:

Ensuring compliance with local resale laws

Proper storage and handling of fragrance products

Accurate product representation to end customers
Bulk Perfumes is not liable for downstream resale issues or consumer disputes.
9. Intellectual Property & Branding
Wholesale partners may not:

Use Bulk Perfumes branding without written consent

Misrepresent affiliation or exclusivity

Use copyrighted brand assets without authorization
Brand names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Payment Terms
All wholesale orders must be paid in full before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to:

Cancel unpaid orders

Suspend accounts with failed payments

Modify payment requirements at any time
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Bulk Perfumes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order
12. Changes to Wholesale Terms
We may update these Wholesale & Partner Terms at any time. Continued use of wholesale services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
